Hi, I'm Allyssa. I recently graduated from the Lethbridge College Massage Therapy Program as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2016. So far, I've enjoyed working with clients seeking therapeutic massage for sport and recreation, motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, relaxation and more. Since moving to Lethbridge from Calgary, I've played 5 seasons with the Lethbridge Steel Women's Tackle Football Team. Playing football is where I discovered my interest in massage therapy through sport massage. In addition to football, I enjoy camping, hiking, and sailing.
When I moved to Lethbridge in 1988, I originally intended to stay for only one year. It’s been a long year! Although I might miss the beauty of the Maritimes and the lakes of Manitoba, the varied landscapes around Southern Alberta more than make up for that. I enjoy walking, hiking, camping and reading. I also enjoy scrapbooking, but I have to admit, I've not done much in awhile! Since Peak started more than 20 years ago, I have always used the best treatment options for my clients including manual therapy, acupuncture, kinesiotaping techniques, and collaborating with the other therapists to help achieve the best possible outcomes. In 2014, I received my Certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute of Canada and I can't be mroe happy with the results my patients get from this approach. What keeps me motivated? Hearing “thank you” from happy clients! I also enjoy helping injured workers return to their job, dancers back to rehearsals or judoka back to the tatami.
I have been involved in the sport of speed skating since the age of 4. I’ve competed up to the national level and placed 4th in Canada. I also coach skating for the Provincial Development Team and traveled to Halifax for the 2011 Canada Winter Games as the Long Track team manager. I am currently the Head Coach of the Lethbridge Speed Skating Association. Outside of my skating life, I have a wife and four children. My wife is a teacher and my kids are involved in music and sports. I am a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapist (FCAMPT) and certified in Medical Acupuncture (CAFCI). I enjoy treating clients who have been in car accidents and those with fractures.
I came to Canada in 1992 and moved to Lethbridge in 1996. Initially I worked atLethbridge Regional Hospital. I then moved to private practice and have spent the last 16 years in Lethbridge, working with a varied caseload of WCB, MVA, and private clients. I enjoy helping patients with their recovery and maximizing their potential post injury. I have been a keen cyclist since the mid 1980's and particularly enjoyed racing bicycle time trials where I had moderate success. More recently I have been enjoying running and have been a regular participant in local fun runs. I enjoy playing guitar and listening to music. I have a wife and three children and we all enjoy camping, hiking, traveling and running.
Hi, I’m Morgan! I am originally from northern BC, and I have slowly migrated south over the years, until finally settling in Lethbridge. I did my Bachelor’s degree at Grande Prairie Regional College and the University of Alberta. I completed my Master’s at the Augustana satellite campus in Camrose through the U of A. Soccer is my passion! I have played since I was 4 years old. I played 2 years of college with the GPRC Wolves, premier league in Edmonton, helped start up the Augustana Viking’s team, and I continue to play competitively here in Lethbridge. I also love the outdoors- camping, hiking, fishing- I try to get out as often as I can to do them all. I have been bitten by the travel bug and try to take at least one trip a year (most trips include lots of hiking!). I am excited to be part of the Peak Team and to continue my education in the years to come.

My life has revolved around snowboarding since 1993. The sport has taken me across Canada and the USA, and I have had the good fortune to ride at numerous mountains. It is the love of the sport that has brought my husband and myself to Lethbridge! We moved to Lethbridge in 2010 and we love everything about this city. I grew up in Markham, Ontario and my education took me to Victoria (for my Bachelor’s degree) and back to Toronto (for my Masters in Physical Therapy), but I always wanted to move back west….and here I am! I am passionate about education! I am pursuing my orthopedic levels in physiotherapy. I love motivating clients, working with athletes, and helping clients get back to their best!
Hello, I’m Darby! I moved to Lethbridge in December 2016 and have been enjoying the friendly and active community here ever since. You might see me out and about running, biking, or working out at the local YMCA. I’m a recent graduate from the University of Alberta MScPT program and enjoy helping people get back to their lives and their passions following injuries, accidents, or general deconditioning. I am very familiar with various work positions including concrete labouring, refinery work, and working in the oil sands from personal experience leading up to my master’s degree.
